Tasks of an IT employee
Among the most important tasks of the IT employee are the following:-

Oversee the development of protocols for the use of information technology across different departments and projects.
Advising on the most appropriate IT options.
Provide technical support or training for the systems and networks available in the organization.
It determines the development requirements based on the study of the company’s needs, and makes the necessary plans to achieve the desired development.
Follows up the operation of the applied systems, evaluates their efficiency, supervises the analysis of the needs of the departments using these systems, and develops plans to secure these needs.

Continue repairing faults as soon as possible and reduce malfunctions to a minimum.
Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards and various other devices)
System monitoring and network performance monitoring.
Troubleshoot and work on data recovery.
Follow up on maintenance and performance improvement activities (e.g. preparing backups).
Maintaining licenses, reviewing their validity, and following up on their renewal.

Required qualifications and training courses
The candidate must have a Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Technology degree or a related certificate to qualify for an IT position.

Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Information Systems or Computer Science.
Obtain test certificates such as (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security)

Previous experience working in the field of information systems.
Full proficiency in dealing with computer systems and networks.

HR Coordinator

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
