Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Study tender documents and provide tender schedules construction planning methodologies and related tender submission documents.
- Study the project documents, contract, drawings, specifications and bill of quantities and provide detailed project schedule and budget to assist the project manager to manage, monitor and control project progress.
- Provide resource histogram and related human resources plan and procurement of materials.
- Collect data from the site and Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to Employer and Engineer as per agreed formats.
- Follow up Engineering submittals, provide reports and stats.
- Prepare progress forecast, look ahead, and communicate it to concerned parties.
- Prepare material procurement plans, track procurement, delivery of all materials and prepare periodical report in this regard highlighting on the critical material.
- Update project plans, identify root cause of delays, amend the project schedule and apply mitigation plans as required.
- Monitor and focus on variations and changes and issue report on its effect on the project.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or other relevant.
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in the Construction and Engineering industry.
- Extensive experience in construction planning, project budgeting, Project evaluation and financial aspects of construction projects.
- Strong track record of successfully completed projects of all types and sizes.
- Prefered PSP certified.
Key Skills and Pre-requisites
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
